What they are and why they're now required.
Your reinforcement program must be based on reinforcement objectives to drive long-term behavior change. Your program should include a series of well-balanced push and pull communication moments that focus on achieving each goal.
When defining your objectives, you must address the five reinforcement gaps. Closing each of these gaps is key to achieving your desired behavior change. For more information on determining your reinforcement objectives, please download our 10-step guide here.
With the newest Mindmarker update, you'll notice that Objectives are now a required item for all Mindmarkers in your programs and assessments. You'll also see that there are two types of Objectives that you can create: Private and Public.
Private Objectives
Private Objectives will only be shown to you, the admin, via the Mindmarker Client Portal.
Public Objectives
Public Objectives are visible to any participants enrolled in your reinforcement programs and assessments. In addition, objectives are a requirement for your Behavioral Assessments. Read more on Behavioral Assessments here.
Objectives can be created and edited at the Learning Journey level in the Admin Portal.
