Adding a New Scheduled Program

Steps to add a new program to a Learning Journey.

  1. Navigate to Learning Journeys Menu

    1. Click Learning Journeys on your menu bar.

  2. Click Add New

    1. Navigate to the desired Learning Journey. Click  Add New button, located next to the Edit button. Select Scheduled Program from the menu.

  3. Add a Title

    1. Under the Content section, enter a Title and short Description for the Behavioral Assessment (required).

  4. Additional Settings

    1. Additional Settings contains 3 options:
      1. Leaderboard: 
        Use the radio buttons to enable or disable leaderboards in the learner apps. The default is set to Yes

        Note: For a Leaderboard to be activated and visible to the learners, you must create a group(s) via the Groups module. See Creating a Group for details.
      2. Blueprints and Duration:
        Blueprints are recommended program designs based on a program’s length and the number of learning objectives.

        If you're starting from scratch with a blank program, you’ll need to define the Program Duration in weeks. 

        To use a Blueprint, click Yes and then select the appropriate number of  Objectives and the desired Duration (in weeks) for your program via the dropdown menus.

        Objectives are set at the Learning Journey level. Select the desired learning objectives from the drop-down list. If no objectives have been created, you must create them by clicking the Add Objective button.

        When the Add Objective window displays, you’ll be prompted to enter the following required information:
        1. Title
        2. Description
        3. Type of objective
        4. A Color, which you’ll do by selecting from preset options or entering your own hex code

      3. Once all required fields are complete, click Confirm to add the objective.
  5. Click Save

    1. When you’re done, click the Save button to apply the changes and add the program to the Learning Journey.

    2. A pop-up message will appear confirming that the program has been successfully created.
